The founder’s football background includes head-coach and assistant-coach roles, experience in Belgian national amateur football at fourth- and fifth-tier level, talent development environments and player progression structures.
Continued international football exposure has broadened that perspective.
This football experience is complemented by extensive leadership responsibility in demanding professional environments, adding another perspective on structure, responsibility, decision-making and team functioning.
